What’s My M3 – App offers mental health screening, tracking and crisis information

Care Zone – App provides medication reminders and stores you insurance and physician information – App has a listing of all medications & interactions as well as a pill identifier

Medisafe – App offers medication reminders, calendar feature for physician appointments and is very medication friendly

What’s Up – App provides CBT/ACT methods and coping strategies and also has a diary feature for habit tracking

Tru Reach – App includes CBT Methods that are about 5 minutes each and includes a journal/tracker

Journey – App includes diary, journal with inspirations and social support chats

NAMI Air – App is anonymous that provides support and encouragement

MHU – App is very comprehensive and includes signs and symptoms with resources and referral for Bexar County

MY3 – App includes a file that lets you add your mental health network with a proactive plan

Mood Tools – App includes a thought diary and helps individuals develop an activity list for coping or support

Crisis Text Line –This is a help line via text. Individual’s text START to 741-741 and a live counselor with training in active listening skills will respond.
